The Friends of Ombersley Endowed First School
Welcome to the Friends of Ombersley Endowed First School! We are a group of parents and carers who work together to raise valuable funds for the school, helping to provide important resources, enrich the children’s education, and support school trips.
Friends is led by Co-Chairs Becky (1&3) and Emily (4), with Laura (P&3) as Secretary and Billie (1&4) as Treasurer.
Alongside them, we have a fantastic core team of volunteers who kindly give their time to help plan events, run fundraisers, and brings our ideas to life. However, we are always looking for more parents and carers to get involved- whether that’s by coming along to meetings, sharing your ideas, or lending a hand at events. Every little bit of help makes a big difference!
We run lots of exciting activities throughout the year, from fun competitions to seasonal events, including our much-loved Christmas Fayre, which brings together families, teachers, and the wider community in a wonderful festive celebration!
Thanks to the generosity and support of parents, we’ve recently funded a brand-new school stage and donated £1,000 towards new books for the children.
If you’d like to be part of what we do, then we’d love to hear from you! The Friends is all about making a positive impact on our children’s school experience, and we welcome anyone who wants to get involved.
